    Working with other to help those in need Paid medical with PTO and sick leave

    Cons

    Management at the State level is completely out of touch Low pay for the amount of stress you deal with on a daily basis Outlandish turnover rate Mandatory OT including dictating when and how many hours you will work (e.g. 6 hours on one particular Saturday)
