    Work from home. “Free” healthcare.

    Cons

    Micromanaged. “Occasional” overtime is actually 20hrs extra every month and not always at your own leisure. Was sometimes scheduled as a mandatory Saturday or set times/days.

    Pros

    Paid on time. Benefits are great.

    Cons

    No care for workers, treated like robots. Mandatory overtime going on 3 years now. Supervisors do too much time talking to each other during the day and have terrible attitudes.

    Not exactly family friendly, expects lots of work without proper compensation, overworked and no appreciation

    Good benefits, great people, and you get to help the community

    Micromanagement, its more about production than helping out our community. We are basically trying to speed up service times and we care less about the individuals.

    reliable monthly paid check received

    paid once a month, no bonuses, no raises, never get a 2 week vacation, overtime is not paid a normal way

    Pros

    Shift is M-F 8 to 5 besides the overtime. Lots of Holidays.

    Cons

    Not doing what your job title is, stay in production and not there to help other workers which is what you were hired for.
