      Overworked for low pay

      Pros

Job security due to high volume of work available. Full time, salaried. Advancement opportunities. Health insurance. Plenty of Annual and Sick leave awarded.

      Cons

Low pay for work demanded, this includes promotions; work is increased at a rate not met by wages. Forced mandatory overtime which sometimes includes Saturdays. Must schedule leave 2 weeks in advance. Cannot take more than 1 week out at a time, only 2 people per unit allowed to be out a day. State-level management does not fight for front-line workers. Bonuses are rare and raises unheard of. Quantity over quality work is expected but not stated. Low job satisfaction.
