I worked at Texas Instruments (More than 8 years)

Clean. After 8 hours, you get overtime pay.

buddy system is not good.If you are a good worker; you have to keep your lazy buddies section good to.lazy workers knows how to get away. Management dont knows what is best, they get lost buy the rules. You dont have a value as employee in Texas. You recommend renovation to your bosses but they dont listen but after 2-3 years, they do your idea as their idea. Technology company but they dont use it for their self.

    Advice to Management

You have to know to listen and learn from the workers. They do the jobs and your job is to make easy and faster and better. But you always listen mean ideas and sometimes you overload the workers then you get low quality and scraps.
