    Pros

profit sharing to all employees, great work life balance, one of the biggest employer in dallas

Slow culture you have to push to get the things going. People are more interested in politic then real work.

    Advice to Management

get the work done and go out of businesses just because you can not sustain. May be others cannot sustain either and you can gain market share at the end.

I worked at Texas Instruments as an intern

    Pros

lots of experienced designers and could learn a lot of circuit design, implementation and test knowledge.
comfortable working team and they treat intern very well

    Cons

It is only three month for intern and only very small part of intern could directly get a full time job

    Advice to Management

give more freedom to the engineer to choose what kind of intern they need.
provide a longer co-op for intern to join.
