    Pros

    Brilliant co-workers, great products and flexible working hours.

    Cons

    Very conservative management approach. Need to be based in Dallas(HQ) or Bangalore for career advancement.

    Culture is very good, knowledge share, hardwork acknowledged, good profit sharing

    Life work balance, a lot of employees works overtime, employees technical quality not consistent for system and applications engineers

    Overtime after 8 hrs, 4 days on 4 days off 3 days on 3 days off schedule

    Cons

    Some shifts are at night and you always have to work at least one weekend day

    great learning environment, great work life balance most of the time.

    too conservative, many managers are there without a purpose. too many people free loading

    People are friendly. Great Team work enviorment. You can learn a lot within the company.

    Cons

    Lots of re-org going on to save on cost to improve PFO.

    Advice to Management

    TI suppose to be Engineer Innovate company, cutting big on R&D spend will discourage all Engineers on creating great ideas to help company grow.

    Good work and family life balance, fair work environment, ethical work place , they value employees, large company let's you move within

    Not a good place for advanced research, your base salary doesn't increase much after certain years, you are compensated by bonus

    Work life balance, benefits, nice people. Stable company, always know what to expect including the layoffs

    Cons

    Not bleeding edge, slow moving at times, periodic layoffs like clockwork, declining benefits over time

    Keep doing a good job on product execution; trust your engineers more.
