    Pros

Flexible work environment, good managers, challenging and interesting work. It's an open door policy company, so everyone is willing to help out.

    Cons

There can be a steep learning curve. Also there is some red tape you have to work around sometimes.

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Cool work environment, only work 3/4 days a week

    Cons

Nobody who works for TI gets reprimanded for anything, 3 hours breaks, showing up an hour late, sleeping on the job... but if you work there as a temp, you will get punished for not doing the work of your sleeping coworker.

    Pros
