    Pros

The work done here helps Texas Medicaid clients who desperately need it. It's worthwhile, important work that has a real impact on people.

    Cons

There is no recognition for completion of special projects, and no real career track for advancement. Communication across departments and from upper management is terrible.

I worked at Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership for less than a year

    Pros

Under the Accenture umbrella, learn as you go, daily 15min meetings and monthly meeting to keep employees updated.

    Cons

Was a contractor, no ideal timeframe of converting to permanent position. Seems it can take between 1-2yrs, no actual performance rating compared to amongst peers.
