I have been working at Texas Roadhouse full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You don't need a lot of experience to get a job there. Are willing to take employee new to the field and train them.

    Cons

It takes them while for you to get a larger or better section. Due to the price point and the clientele, you won't be making as much money than a higher end restaurant.
