    Pros

You'll have cash every day. You get to meet new guests! The people you work with are amazing. They usually work around your schedule.

    Cons

Fast-paced(if you are a slow learner) and no time request off. Mother's Day, Father's Day, you name it....You're working. No lunch break even if you work 12 hours. You can't make money if guests sit there forever and talk.

    Advice to Management

    Be more family-like.

I worked at Texas Roadhouse part-time

    Pros

They open at 4 pm. The staff ( not management) were really helpful by running food and drinks if needed.

    Cons

Terrible management. They promote people who are the "barbie" type. If you are not in that category they look to get rid of you for reasons that do not make sense. Retaliation was used in my case but in the handbook it says they do not tolerate that. Complaining to corporate doesn't work. Waste of my life!

    Advice to Management

    Stop the discrimination.
