    Pros

Management was helpful and personable. Always willing to give you more than one chance. Management is pretty supportive. The cooks are great as well.

    Cons

Side work, side work, side work. Money is pretty mediocre. Schedule way to many servers. They often cut people way to late. Silverware count is way to high. Drama.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to how your employees feel about issues and take their advice.
