    I worked at Texas Tech University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours and work schedule. On campus dining was closed on holidays so I never had to worry about having breaks off.

    Cons

    Poor management above us students. Little help with advanced customer service issues.

    Disorganized and sometimes chaotic. A lot of employees tend to be lazier than most.
