      Benefits, slow in some branches, promotional abilities in house if you work hard at it, good commission for sales if you're good at it

      Cons

      Hours, management, low pay, occasional Saturday off (maybe once a month if lucky)

      No one wants to help or train you they have a horrible training program they will let you sink and mess up

      I like the members that's it there is nothing really positive except some employees are nice

      Cons

      No structure people are leaving left to right truly believe company is in trouble...too much is expected of you with extremely low pay for doing multiple positions as well as giving praise to people who don't follow the core values
