    Great people, good communication, very high minded and willingness to help students and Alumni

    Cons

    Underpaid for some things. Very difficult to get cross department work approved

    Pros

    Great people and interesting work, the culture is improving under the current administration, state benefits, so they are pretty good.

    Cons

    Pay is not great even when compared to other state universities.

    Campus with a heart. Great people & beautiful campus.

    Cons

    Forms on forms on forms. Sometimes a lack of urgency to progress and some people have gotten comfortable.

    Pros

    Got your own room. (They have phased this out in recent years.) Great people to work with. Awesome leadership experience. Life-long friends.

    Cons

    No support from management; bad compensation for everything that you're doing. Unruly residents; not enough space in the residence halls. Ridiculous amounts of programs RAs are required to plan. If residents don't come, it's the RA's fault.

    Pros

    Great people Beautiful campus Very student centered Campus population and university presence is growing. Dr. Feyten is amazing Recent cabinet changes have been good for the university

    Cons

    Change management is very slow Pay is very low Work life balance is difficult to maintain They just changed the logo and mascot of the university and I think this will lose some of the University's history
