    Pros

Solid group of people - made many lasting friends over a number of years.

    Cons

Hours can be long, but that's the agency environment.

I have been working at Text100 full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great culture and place to work. Genuinely cares about its people, and has a strong career development program in place.

Ahead of other PR agencies in digital and content marketing, and is able to match up to pure play social, content and marketing agencies.

Above average talent across the agency, and strong teamwork. As Michael Jordan says, "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships."

    Cons

Conservative and less risk-taking compared to other MNC agencies. As a result, the agency is not known for making exciting, big plays.

    Advice to Management

Take some risks and make big plays

I have been working at Text100 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've worked with this company for several years. The company is supportive of my professional and personal goals, and my direct boss genuinely cares about me as a person and my success. The benefits help keep me around--5 weeks vacation, work from home policy (though I rarely use), 401k match, and a free healthcare option (which is good healthcare).

    Cons

Compensation is going to be a sticky point wherever you work. You want more vs the company having to manage costs. At the end of the day, I find myself always wanting better compensation, but I do feel my pay here is similar to market and the benefits make up for any 'would be' perceived shortages.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be visible. Seeing the highest level executives regularly has been great, but I always have a thirst for more.

    Pros

Cooperative and supportive management, a fun and fantastic working environment, great offices and beer in the fridge!

    Cons

Work-a-holism is supported and often times encouraged. Needs to fight this for long-term employee satisfaction and success

    Advice to Management

Be more open to remote work when the fit is right.

    I worked at Text100 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Text100 places a huge emphasis on culture and people. They try their best to keep employees happy but like any other agency, business needs come first. This means being put on accounts that don't help your career development (and often times without an exit plan).

    Cons

It can feel like the only way to get senior management to address issues is by showing that you have a job lined up somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

Really try to understand why employees are unhappy.
