managment is the best thing about the place such down to earth friendly people who dont judge anyone- Cork has been through alot with staff and finally they seem to have a stable and fair environment for everyone i left when it was ran by a previous manager and im contemplating on coming back due to the manager now.

This company is made to look shiny new and successful. You think that everyone is professional and the team is like a family. Couldn’t be more wrong. I lasted 6 months in there newly opened clinic and in that time the I was the last one standing from the original team everyone left!!! Hours are long, don’t ever feel herd when you have a concern. They hire inexperienced managers that don’t have a clue what they are doing. As long as you sell you can be as unprofessional as you like because you are making them money. They don’t care about the clients. The training is poor and laser settings are deliberately low so clients buy more. There is no such thing as a team everyone is out for themselves, catty competition with horrendous attitudes. I left because my mental health couldn’t take it and I didn’t want to be associated with such a unprofessional clinic

Toxic blame culture. Very badly run organisation and it continues to get worse. Company is on the decline and don't believe the posts online. Incompetence is celebrated and rewarded while those who can do their jobs are punished. Incompetence is on a scale that I have never witnessed in any workplace. It's a downright horrible place to work. Senior management are afriad to make changes and rule with fear themselves. Senior management lack basic people or business skills. Hybrid work is also under threat as they want to create a great work culture but no amount of office based work will help this toxic culture. Avoid at all costs.

Best reasons to work here are that they give you an opportunity- especially if you’ve had no experience it’s amazing. They do teach you new treatments, skills and honestly it is a lovely community.

I would say the cons of this job is that you are overwhelmed and overworked. I’ve worked for a long time with the company and every one says the same thing, high staff turn over because of the pressure to make money. Treatments are not consistent between therapists and clients notice. Training scares you to put laser up which means more client complaints. If you don’t get on with management they will find a way to make you not want to stay.

I find it absolutely disgraceful how as an employee benefit, you offer 1 cycle of IVF for free but zero maternity leave package is available for any staff member. Your business is literally 90% + women. Do better.

Fast paced, great training and good benefits and commission, weekly paid.

Long hours sometimes but flys in, I would like more progression soon though I hope this will happen.
