    People were nice and took the time to help me understand their code. I recommend this place for an internship because it is a great place to learn.

    Low salary and sometimes manager busy

    Pros

    Worked with experienced robotics engineers
    A lot of intern work in the robotic service, very good vibes
    Got out for fields tryings

    Cons

    the company is huge, too many process
    different services do not always agree on the projects

    Advice to Management

    As an intern, i found the management team efficient, even if i only worked 3 month there, i was given some pretty important tasks and gained new skills.

    Pros

    You have time for R&D Also, everybody here is really talented people with emphasis to help. Good for a junior.

    Cons

    Outside of his own team, people don't really know each other.
    Because of the size of the company, you may fell that your work has no overall impact.

    Advice to Management

    Valorize and appreciate more the work of you employees. Communicate more about the company goals and objectives.

    Very large company allows mobility. The company is very technically oriented. Very international. Steadily growing in a defense and civil market, from aerospace to security.

    At the cutting edge of the technology on vacuum tubes, in a world famous company, the technical skills are highly developed.

    Cons

    Small unit isolated from important cities, the area lacks dynamism. I only stayed for 2 months so my experience there is limited.

    Too much control by the top management. Not great for career progress. Useless HR

    Summer hours are great so that we can leave early on Friday. Friendly environment and growing company

    Cons

    work- life balance but not hard to get work from home.
