    Great place to learn. Plenty of opportunity to work on hard project if you desire.

    Sink or swim mentality, especially for the core team. Constant firefighting.

    medical, 401k,
    The LRU Shop manager, and supervisors really good guys.
    Loads of overtime available
    The LRU shop and supporting staff!

    Cons

    Loads of overtime available,
    Would only sponsor high level managers for visas.
    Dental wasn't great.

    Sponsor techs who trained your new employees

    Pros

    You are always pushed/encouraged to grow as a developer. Always updating tech stack to the latest and greatest. Probably the most tech savvy engineers I have worked with. Great benefits.

    Cons

    Depending on the project the deadlines can be unrealistic

    Good salary, good opportunities if you work hard enough. Some people are really masters in their own domain and are very inspiring.

    Cons

    Old style management. Your progression in the company will be stuck if you are not old enough or if you don't come from the right school. Leave when this happens

    Too many redundant roles and constant struggle for role definition.

    Great benefits and the people working there are great! You can accrue PTO up to 20 days. Health/Dental/Vision/401k. There is opportunity to grow.

    Cons

    Some time working with departments overseas and the time difference can have an impact on your deadlines. There are some manual processes.

    Keep improving and upgrading processes to make jobs more efficient and effective.
