    Pros

    - Great people to work with here!
    - interesting difficult work projects
    - roughly speaking 7% of staff promoted annually; names published in company newsletter
    - yearly bonus for ALL employees!
    - sick leave conversion into PAY or Vac. annually in Dec .!
    - generous 401k - 3% free plus 4% match dollar for dollar - 100% vested immediately from Thales
    - Communications Council meets w/ CEO every quarter to ask tough questions on company performance, direction, programs and employee moral ... answers are published in company-wide email
    - Annual off site meeting every Feb. for ALL employees to learn company objectives for the year
    - every other week free breakfast of bagels and fruit for all, 1/4ly luncheons sponsored by company, excellent Holiday party and company picnic... small things which mean a lot showing company is thankful for your hard work and effort
    - great managers, benefits, training, tools and environment to work... could not ask for more honestly!

    Cons

    - tough challenging work
    - pretty lean company - but that is the way to stay competitive in today's world economy!

    Great benefits.
    Good pay.
    Relaxed atmosphere with a lot of funny people (lots of ex-military).

    Cons

    Work can be slow with the decline of the airline industry.

    Pros

    Easy to pick the job up and start working
    Managers are very helpful and understanding
    Coworkers are some of the nicest people around
    Pay is adequate
    Your lunch is paid for

    Cons

    Job can get stale
    Might not be able to continue working because there is not enough equipment to go around
    On a contract basis, there are almost no benefits.
    People might encroach on your shift
    Sometimes, there is not enough work to go around

    Very dynamic engineering, with emphasis on innovation and systemic project management.

    Cons

    Not much on these, maybe the same dynamic aspect can drive sometime to un-managed change.

    Recent management changes have made a huge differences, a good spirit, good people

    Cons

    I can't really think of anything negative. There used to be poor performers around but the company has dealt with those people recently.

    Hopefully management will keep making positive changes

    The Company had a clear focus and loyalty to its customers and products, as a result employees were motivated and rewarded for hard work and dedication. The company had frequent employee appreciation events that helped maintain high motivation and dedication to the company and mission at hand.

    Demanding working, expectations of very high standards but very rewarding as a result.

    Continue to focus on employees, mission, and customer and continue to succeed.

    Pros

    Great benefits, educational opportunities, challenging work assignments and recognition for success. Fellow employees are dedicated to the work and have a strong understanding of how their jobs contribute to the success of the business. Bonuses are paid out to all employees quarterly when performance thresholds are achieved.

    Cons

    Too many levels of management at the group and corporate levels, other than that this is a great company to work for.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work, but reduce some of the redundant management structure at the group level and above.
