        Pros

I have been working on Thaloz for one year. Is a young company that has been growing month by month in recent years. They are all very good companions who are attentive to you that you have the best day-to-day experience. Attentive to help you with what you need both professionally and humanly. Pros: Remote work, good benefits, competitive salaries, training sessions, English classes, group games to promote teamwork and get to know your classmates

        Cons

I think it is a company in constant growth and learning. The things that one does not agree or see an improvement, they are open to listen

                  Pros

There are several good benefits like: * English classes (on Campus.Live) and workout sessions;referral bonus (USD 500 + 300 Drakmas for each indication that gets hired, an extra bonus of USD 1000 if you reach 5 or more successful indications); * Several events/tasks that we can complete to earn Drakmas (that can be exchanged for products/services on their own store - like 6 months of YouTube Premium -> 100 Drakmas, A ticket to travel to New York -> 3500 Drakmas). * Montly tech talks for knowledge sharing. * Good clients for you to work with, including big companies. * 100% remote work with a good engagement approach, specially when it comes to the Chief Happiness Officer that makes everything to keep you active and motivated. * Good compensation in US dollar and always paid on time.

                  Cons

It's a matter of contract and I really don't know if something can be done about it, but you only get paid while you are allocated in a client (at least for since my contract is hourly based). I'm thinking to myself if a temporary allocation to work on internal projects (even if making less money) while waiting for a new client allocation could be something to help on that.

                    Pros

                    They have a bunch of different clients, so each person can have a different perspective about the company. Although there is no way to equalize the experience, the company tries to create a great space in Slack to make people fell part of the same company even when they work for different clients. - Flexible hours; - No micro management;

                    Cons

There is no career plan, usually no chances for improve your salary, considering that, make sure you negotiate right your hourly price before accept the offer.

sometimes clients are just poor, then the contract dont take that long.

                        Pros

Nice benefits, great team, great salary and full home office.

                        Cons

It would be nice to have more flexibility with working time, for example, it would be nice if the developer could work ten hours a day for four days in a week, in place of working 8 hours a day for five days.

                      Project Coordinator

I recently applied for a “Project Support Officer” this from the job description it’s pretty much a Project Coordinator/ Manager position. And I have been asked to create a poster to promote an event for young people that have long term health conditions. Now my question is why is the job advertised exactly like a Project Coordinator position, but Im asked to design a poster?! How can that reflect my experience within the project environment? It makes 0 sense to me.

                      Development Engineer

Had a peculiar 3-month interview with a scientific organization. Initial online presentation, followed by an unexpected in-person interview, still evaluated by the committee. Salary undisclosed; only relocation package mentioned. The team was satisfied, awaiting HR director approval, requesting references. 2-3 days later, before sending references, informed they chose another candidate. No response to emails; HR silent. Was I backdoor checked?

                      RFP Coordinator

I have a 5 year gap in my work history due to an illness. How do I explain this? I can't lie, SSD is on my background check as a previous employer. I am on it and looking to re-enter the job market and get off of it, but I understand it is a reason for employers to pause in hiring me.
