I have been working at The 7th Chamber as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment, willing to train you well, lots of collaboration. Very flat structure, never felt like I was 'under' someone.

    Cons

Different teams are cliquey, sort of like high school. Office can be loud, there is a lot of drinking.

I worked at The 7th Chamber full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a very close knit company. The Account Managers, Sales team and Deployment team are all with in earshot of eachother. So often you learn and can get involved with activities outside of your job description to help and be helped.

    Cons

Although big thinking is encouraged, execution of big ideas can be frustrating and slow. Be realistic, and grow from there. Try not to get sucked into ambition projects that don't contribute to the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff, they are good and talented people.
