    I have been working at The Acquisition Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    This has been the best job I have so far because of my colleagues and the management; They are very engaging and so welcoming and that's why it is such a tight team; We get good bonuses; health benefits that are almost 100% coverage; Team Day/Night Out; Flexible hours; Constantly evolving

    I have been working at The Acquisition Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great team of people, great commission rates, and lots of opportunities for promotion. Overall office and desk environment is very pleasant and enjoyable. Lots of team building activities and other activities that help foster a sense of unity and family within the team. Flexible and consistent work schedule is a huge pro.

    Cons

    Management organization and coherence to rules is somewhat lacking at times. Sometimes situations occur where it is obvious who the 'favourites' are. More equality between all employees should be adhered to. This includes following through with the warnings given to less committed employees. When this strictness lacks and it is obvious that certain employees are receiving special treatment, it takes a toll on the dynamic...

    Advice to Management

    More strictness and consistency in sticking to rules set forth by management. Each employee should receive the same opportunities as one another and absolutely no special treatment should be given to senior but uncommitted employees. Overall, quite an enjoyable experience working with TAG so far. The friendliness and approachability of all of management is a huge pro.
