I have been working at The Acquisition Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good mangers, co-workers, unlimited gap for $$$. Also, easy to be promoted!. Good experience for sure. TAG changed my life style.

    Cons

100% commissions, no base. But! There is no limit to make money. Everyone knows "no pain, no gain". I know it takes time to make a lot of money, but, it's really depends on how we do, right? Also, after becoming marketing manager, you will earn way more money than before. Only bad thing is, there is no benefit for employees!

    Advice to Management

    Benefits for senior marketing consultant!

I have been working at The Acquisition Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

No pros! Only cons! This is a door to door pyramid scam.. Walk door to door selling telus.. Told i would be paid mininum wage.... But later was told it was 100 % commission.

    Cons

Everything.. no respect for women.. Manager text me in the night after work.... Asking wat i was doing after work. Didnt get paid for most of tge sales i paid.. Told i would be paid on $30 per sale. They promised $40. Business not licensed in alberta. So come tax season.... I m screwed as no T4 will be provided. Work here at your own Risk.

    Advice to Management

Respect women.... Plz dont lie during interview and waste everyones time.

I worked at The Acquisition Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great opportunity for entry levels and best place for people to be trained. Unique environment for people to work at and supportive management team If you like upbeat music they play them all the time Commission is generous

    Cons

Please be advise that there is no base salary. When I first got interviewed, they only talked about the commission and never mentioned about no base salary. I really wished they told me earlier about this as I feel almost like I have been scammed. People in there are very nice but I don't think being nice can compensate for such a low wage.

    Advice to Management

Please add base salary. This can be the best way to motivate your JMC and SMC as there can be time when sales are low so how can they even pay for their monthly utility fees?
