I worked at The Acquisition Group full-time

    Pros

    There's nothing good here, seriously.

    Cons

You have to work your hardest to make money. Even when you do that, you find that you worked 8+ hours and made less than a kid working at McDonald's. It doesn't matter how driven you are or how many people you try to sell this stuff to. They've probably already heard the same speech from someone else before. Don't bother doing door to door sales, it's a waste of time. This isn't a marketing job, it's a scam.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to your potential employees.

I worked at The Acquisition Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Friendly co-workes
    - getting to know upper management at the beginning
    - Advance quickly (If they like you)

    Cons

    - Paycheques are constantly wrong; When you are expecting a $1500 cheque and they send you one that is $6-700 that's a big discrepancy that shouldn't happen.
    - cheques often sent to the wrong office or not paid on time; Sometimes the cheques are late and you are waiting for them to pay bills (I was almost evicted twice because of late paycheques)
-Expecting us to drop our lives to go on impromptu road-trips instead of asking our permission first. (Especially if you have your vehicle)

    Advice to Management

    - Offer a base Salary instead of just straight commission!
    - Be a normal company and direct deposit paycheques into accounts so we aren't fighting for pay and being late on rent and other bills; Like I was.
    - Make sure our cheques are correct instead of being off hundreds of dollars; Like Mine
    - Don't assume that we can just go on road trips if we have a vehicle. ASK US FIRST!! Sometimes we have a life (Yes that's a thing) and commitments that are more pressing than a road trip. So ask us first and make sure we've Okayed the trip before just scheduling it. On multiple occasions I didn't have the money to go on a road trip and I was still sent anyway.
