Being able to work from home.Working around my full time teaching schedule. Having some teaching resources available online 24/7.

    Cons

You can not be away from computer for more than 24 hours even if there are not due assigments. had to follow their pre-made course shells. Tech support can hold you on the line for hours.

    Advice to Management

listen to the facilitator who teach the courses for course improvement. allow some individualization to utilize the talent of each instructor.

At times you feel like you are working for an unethical company that will allow any student into their program. 4. No Health Care 5. No Chance for advancement.

    Advice to Management

You need to value your employees. By doing that you will get more students.
