I worked at The Art Institutes part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly management and the job itself was enjoyable.
The pay itself was cool ($20/session).
The environment made my job easy (easy access to computers and quiet areas).

    Cons

I was paid per tutoring session, which was very infrequent.
Advertising of the tutoring program was up to each individual tutor but I didn't have much time to do that as I was a student there as well.

    Advice to Management

Make it a requirement for beginning students to meet with a tutor and for teachers to have a tutor in their class at least twice a month.
