    Pros

Bonuses are plus but don't count on them paying for your parking spot in Downtown LA. Thats all the pros.

    Cons

Some attorneys are allowed to treat their employees like garbage. You get talked down and they don't care. You need to work overtime as well.

    Simply Horrible

    Pros

Coworkers- cuz misery loves company! they are helpful and there’s a sense of camraderie. Nice building.

    Cons

Hostile work environment - yelling profanity. No annual reviews. No management structure. Surveillance of the workspace and your productivity. Hourly pay, not salary. Attorneys are unprofessional and are are lateral rejects. Attorneys don’t care about their clients at all - it’s a volume mill. There is way too much work to get done in a day, but overtime is limited to 2.5 hours a week, because otherwise it will eat into their profits. Paralegal staff must stay at their desks all the time just to try to finish their work - which is impossible; No satisfaction of task completion. The is no Human Resources. Profits are by an oppressed staff, not a happy staff. High staff turnover.
