Great Company
Aug 10, 2020 - Anonymous Employee in Santa Monica, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great culture, great management, great benefits, positive experience overall. This company makes an actual effort in gathering feedback to improve employee work life balance since the new normal is working from home. They were so impressive with the quick response to ensuring employees were safe when the pandemic began and have remained consistent with this. The first priority is employee safety and well being. Since starting here I have only been more and more impressed with this organization.
Cons
Rapidly changing enviornement but as long as your adaptable things are fine.
