    Cons

    Pros

This organization does not have any pros. It is very poorly led from the top down with a my way or the highway mentality. You cannot say or do anything that is contrary to the status quo without fear of retribution. Absolutely terrible place to work.

    Cons

Very poorly led. They lack any sort of onboarding process, except for the standard HR onboarding paperwork. No formalized training except for IT when providing you with your computer and phone. Learning about the organizational processes, policies, and procedures when dealing with client was the new employee's responsibility. Hardly a way to welcome someone new.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees. When you hire them, welcome them, provide them with training, and then let them do the job they were hired to do.
