    Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow, the learning curve is large.

    Cons

there is no overtime opportunity and management does not get stat pay or days off in lieu. They could pay supervisors a lot more for the workload

    Advice to Management

these are words for the CEO..long term employees should be appreciated a whole lot more and recognized as people not just a number...raises should be more than 1-2% of current wage.. For someone to be there for 6+ years and get an 11 cent raise is a slap in the face

I worked at The Brick full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Generous commission structure, if you know how you're paid you can do very well. I had the best Director of Stores ever, he's so good at what he does. I learned so much from him.
Managers are encouraged to come up with their own ideas to improve sales, and are given much autonomy in their own stores to do so, within reason.

    Cons

Just the usual- office politics that are everywhere. I wound up quitting due to the antics of an incompetent manager. If not for him, I would have happily stayed and be making $100,000 + per year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
