    Working on commision, so you make more when you sell more

    Cons

    I worked in a smaller store which made it to where traffic was low and sales were rarely high for anyone.

    Long hours, Horrible management, dont work with schedule

    Pros

    Great Discount on clothes and sales experience. If you like downtime then this could be for you. Busiest days are around the holiday's.

    Cons

    Tough to sell clothes to people. Usually everyone has their minds made up on if they're buying something or not.

    Working with nice people and having a great time on the sales floor

    Cons

    Not enough money to live on more or less buy their clothes. Way too high oh an expection for very little business.

    Pros

    Coworkers were some of the best, most supportive people I've ever met.
    You meet a lot of interesting people.
    Great job for making friends and maintaining a social life.

    Cons

    The management at the store I worked at wasn't very helpful or encouraging.
    Little to no training
    High turnover rate
    Lies about pay raises every 6 months even if you're hitting sales goals.

    Advice to Management

    Teach the sales team how to sell, don't make them sit and watch hours of cheesy videos without a real world outlet and expect perfect results.

    Fun and respectful coworkers. Appreciative of my abilities. Discount on merchandise.

    Low pay for the job I was doing, no commission or bonuses in regards to quality of alterations or happiness of customers

    Pay your skilled alterationist more.
