    I worked at The CBE Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Overtime is always available Room for promotion if you're REALLY REALLY dedicated Great People Indoor break room with microwaves and purchasable food products They offer free snacks sometimes

    Cons

    Sticklers for schedule adherence expect to come in 10 minutes early to get systems on computer going you have to be well liked by people to promote There is always something "new" to learn. Requires a lot of brainpower and perseverance to get through some days.

    Great Co workers, flexible scheduling, bonuses for those who show up and work hard and grow will make decent commission,management works hard to keep the environment fun and are generally great people

    Cons

    Constantly changing moving desks, changing approach to speaking with consumers, changing what you are allowed to say, changing commission structure and goals, no raises ever-sometumes fringe will Flex up or down 50 cents/hr - horribly overpriced health insurance $600/month for 2 married adults

    Keep up the fun and games, stay on top of feedback and check emails, actually work at your job not just socialize your not there to walk around
