    Pros

Positive values that are reflected in the way the company runs. The company values it's employees and follows through on training, bonuses, and sincerely works to be a great company that does the right thing for their customers.

    Cons

The size of the company is not that large, moving laterally is limited.

I worked at The CENTECH GROUP (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The HR Manager - this guy kept everything in a smooth running order. Every time I called, if I couldn't get the lady in benefits, this guy would take over and have everything worked out really fast.

    Cons

Overworking the HR guy. He had a small team, but fro the outside it seemed all of the work was being done by him.
There was a ton of infighting at the senior level.
The micromanaging from the owner; when he got involved, things went out of whack.

    Advice to Management

Trust the people you've put in place to do the job you hired them to do.

    Pros

High pay and easy work. The bosses are open to new ideas and directions. There are opportunities for advancement when the contract allows.

    Cons

Your job is contract regardless of your performance. Travel can be insane. If you don't work for corporate you can't do anything to save yourself

    Advice to Management

Provide alternatives when contracts end for people that like to work for you.

    Pros

Very good on site team. Good pay, benefits. Flexible hours. Opportunities to learn and lead when on a client engagement.

    Cons

CEO micromanages everything, but is completely out of touch. Complete lack of communication from corporate to client sites. Company politics and whims instead of sound, transparent management.

    Advice to Management

Figure out a way to manage the CEO

I worked at The CENTECH GROUP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Potential; yet very limited due to CEO touching everything.
    Good benefits
    Good core of staff.
Lots of working lunches w/ food.
    Potential again

    Cons

The President sucks, no leader or support.
CEO allows and rewards the President for work he does not produce, no value.

Potential limited due to micromanaging and tasking resulting in no value to company or staff.

Challenging, due in fact the current President of Administration fails to lead as President of the Company. CEO needs to transition and complete the transformation reorganizing senior management.

    Advice to Management

    CEO needs to work remotely.

President needs to resign; or be fired already!!

Reorganize. Regroup and restructure the company. Complete the transformation process with a productive smaller team, start the process by eliminating the President, the person is wrecking your company and reputation.
