I worked at The Capital Grille full-time

    Pros

They have a solid compilation of resources for their employees, from coupon memberships to insurance if you opt in. The company itself looks out for its employees, trains them thoroughly, and offers promotions to those willing and qualified.

    Cons

The training is an upside and a downside depending on how you look at it. You are provided with all the information you'll ever need, but that means detailed tests you must pass before ever making it to the floor.

I have been working at The Capital Grille part-time for more than a year

    Pros

elevated clientele, pleasant work environment, tight knit work community, extremely low turn over rate due to the seasoned vets that have worked there FOR YEARS

    Cons

this is a special occasion destination so it is extremely high volume for holidays such as valentines day, mothers day, thanksgiving, christmas eve and new years eve— but that comes with the territory in the restaurant industryI don't really have a negative evaluation outside of this
