I have been working at The Challenge full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Despite the organisation being spread over a number of regional offices, in Birmingham there is a strong presence felt from the senior leadership team, allowing all employees the opportunity to feel connected to management and to voice concerns and queries easily. The workforce is very diverse which makes for a dynamic office environment. There is a good level of variety in my role, allowing for development in a range...

      Cons

The Challenge could be more sustainable, with regard to the use of resources and encouraging employees to recycle.

      Advice to Management

It could work well to have a representative in every regional office that could lead improving sustainability within The Challenge.

I worked at The Challenge full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

I worked in the Sales department at The Challenge for several years and loved it! The people who work there are extremely passionate about what they do and were great colleagues.

      Cons

During parts of the year there were early mornings and some late evening work but we got all the time we put in back in lieu.

      Advice to Management

Keep giving staff developmental opportunities and training- the HR department offered some amazing courses that more staff should be encouraged to participate in.
