    I worked at The Challenge for less than a year

    Pros

    Friendly team - always had a laugh with colleagues and managers Regularly had games and activities to improve staff morale whilst aiding performance Morning huddle every day covered targets and also involved congratulating those who has made target in the last week/day - great for morale Incentives including paid time off and vouchers for meeting target Leads are generating from people who have already shown some...

    Seasonal work - not much to do all year round so many positions are temporary Some cold calling type calls which is never enjoyable Not much opportunity to move up Hours may be a pro to some and con to others - 12-8pm on weekdays and 10-6pm one day each weekend

    Advice to Management

    Could introduce one full weekend off every month or something similar

    very good and carry organisation that takes care of her employees and are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people
