Great co-workers, very friendly and supportive. Managers are added to the store as sales rise, so more success means more managers who are less stressed Customers are very diverse and tips are reflective of service for the most part.
Cons
Favoritism with some of the managers can be unfair during shift assignments throughout the week.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★

Flexible hours. Gain seniority if you are working there for many years. Gain experience in food knowledge and business. Work with different types of people.
Cons
No Management leadership. Plays favoritism and does not put enough focus on the resources you need to do your job correctly and efficiently. Staff is so big that some people get unnoticed and ignored.

Flexible. Most of the time it was a fun environment to work in. Food is good. Great job for students or as a second job.
Cons
Uniforms suck. High volume restaurant that also reflects in the variety of customers; good and bad. Management was at times odd. Lots of favoritism and pressure. Seemed like management would turn a blind eye to somethings, even managers that would act or say inappropriate things to other employees.

Flexibility with schedules thanks to Hotschedules Great co-workers - we're family Nice Location Better pay than most chains in town New employee discount policy Good benefits
Cons
No room for growth/advancement. Long hrs. Favoritism Wish CCF would simply tell a guest no when they're being ridiculous - the seasoned employees - some act like they can do whatever they want or whatever they don't want to do. They slam every new hire and scoff at their mistakes - that's great for morale.
