    Pros

Flexible Scheduling and a family-like workplace with great benefits.

    Cons

can be stressful if you are not used to or comfortable with high volume. Lunch Shifts arent worth it unless you have good sections. (Shift Lead) ... Restaurant closes late on weekends.

The Pros outweighs the cons, as long as you have good friends at the workplace. But the cons can be deadly.

    Pros

    * Free Meals * Extremely flexible schedules (with the exception of Christmas and New Years) * The ability to cross train into different positions (unless you’re in a position that’s desperate for employees)

    Cons

    * Depending on the work environment, working here can possibly get you sexually harassed, assaulted and or defamed. In my two years here, I have nearly gotten into a physical altercation with a ex-felon in the dish-pit over getting bread-plates, and one of the managers harassed me and I told him to take it outside with me (he never did and apologized). * Cheesecake Factory does not do background checks, you can easily land yourself working with a sex offender or violent offender that they randomly hired off the street. * I have seen many times where people would get sexually harassed at work and management did not stop it. There were instances of workers who have been reported by multiple witnesses of sexually harassing people; and they have been fired. But generally, if a sexual harasser is trying to harass you outside of work, the company will do nothing to protect you. I have personally experienced being sexually harassed by a coworker over social media, and the company did nothing to protect me. * Depending on which location you get hired, there is a great possibility that you will work with many toxic individuals. A majority of people I worked with, heavily indulged themselves in drama and perpetuated a culture of it.

    fun atmosphere & terrible management

    Pros

-flexible scheduling which is good for school -great coworkers -a beautiful setting to work in -its nice being able to wear whatever you want, as long as its all black and relatively professional

    Cons

-management is TERRIBLE, they don't listen or care about anything you say, some managers will literally laugh at you. -manager favorites get to do whatever they want, otherwise managers only pay attention to you if you do something wrong, never if you do something right. -walking around such a large restaurant all day is exhausting. -managers tend to talk down to employees who reduce their shifts to only a couple a week due to school or other jobs. -managers and fellow employees scoff at the idea that any other job is better. -managers dont pay enough attention to employees, and often give the worst employees the most awards.

    Pros

Super flexible work hours and they really go out of their way to make sure your schedule is the best for you. They also truly care about their employees.

    Cons

Some of the management team that they hire or promote are not qualified for their positions but get the promotion because they have seniority.
