    Negative Outlook

I worked at The Child and Family Network Centers full-time

    Pros

Their mission to provide free preschool for children and families living in poverty is great, but ..... (read cons)

    Cons

Incredibly high turnover -- Do not care about the employees; Pay is lower than at other organizations; Work environment and well being of employees is often overlooked; A lot of belittling comments and favoritism; Bordering on abuse -- objects have been thrown before and constant insults; difficult to meet expectations due to constant change of mind; toxic environment (i.e. gossip, and siding with each other); some work can be unethical

    Advice to Management

Needs an official HR department to handle employee complaints and improve work conditions
