I have been working at The Children's Place full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They offer nearly 200 hours of PTO and Personal Illness a year. You get it 90 days after you have worked there only 90 days.

    Cons

HR department isn't much help at all! The PTO and PI are the only perks you get. A few times a year, we get hotdogs to share their appreciation to all the work we have done and a great big thank you for making their business successful!

    Pros

Nice enough people, and only working one Sunday a month and one full weekend off a month.

    Cons

Lots of employee call offs and last minute shifts needed to take, you're basically a security officer with all the shop lifters, and even if they say 20 hours a week for leads it's more like 30+ with additional hours you have to take.

I worked at The Children's Place part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They do a great job training their employees.

    Cons

Late hours, no overtime, no benefits for part time employees. Upper management likes to micromanage. No room for growth! Someone needs to quit or die.

    Advice to Management

Stop putting everything on the Management staff and take accountability of your actions.
