    Plenty of room for opportunity, recognition to the fullest, my team works hard to get everything done in a timely manner, and the SM team in my district is always willing to help eachother and the community when in need.

    It's retail all turnover is always big.

    Being able to solve problems and see the results. Being open to learn in the process and allow myself to grow so I can be better at my job.

    Learning to be humble and allow other people with more experience to coach me and not take things personally.

    Being open to new ideas and welcome new outlooks. Finding acceptance of a well traveled and very organized employee that is great at negotiation and a problem solver.

    Pros

    Very good training
    Chance for advancement
    Hours (at least for me are pretty good and I'm a sales associate)
    No call in shifts
    Can get 40 hour week during tax free week

    Cons

    Underpaid
    Dress code is stupid
    Raises are based on the stores performance and aren't really raises
    Have to hear complaints about why we don't compare to online.. (here's why because of people who shoplift and therefore prices go up)

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the CEO because lets be honest.. she's clueless of how to run a company and about getting people to sign up for credit cards! The reason why I say this is because you're pressured to get apps in but if they don't get approved the customer gets po'd because they don't get anything for take the time to apply! Corporate is out of touch with stores needs and employees needs for raises! And that's why employees leave for money and benefits! As for someone who's been there for over 2 years I've seen a lot of people come and go because of the money and the fact being only full time gets insurance and vacation time not part time( like myself) GIVE PART TIME EMPLOYEES WHO BEEN THERE A YEAR OR MORE VACATION TIME!!!!
