Dining management was very helpful, good training even for someone who'd never served before, flexible hours, fun coworkers (both servers and kitchen staff). Great money and beautiful location for a summer job.
The head chef is a jerk, the whole place seems to be going downhill and has a pretty stuffy atmosphere. There's a lot of rich New England customers who are very particular about how they want things (and think the world revolves around them)
