    Pros

The people who make up the associates at The Connor Group are some of the best people I have ever worked with. These hard working individuals are not only high-achievers, but also great friends and neighbors within the community. No matter the scenario, you can count on Connor Group associates to be strong-willed and supportive people.

    Cons

Long hours are common, but hard work is rewarded.

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is not like most I have worked for. When I applied, I was just looking for a job. They have instead, helped me begin a career. The pay is great, vacation time and paid time off, excellent and affordable health/vision/dental insurance, company outings, paid training. There really isn't much more you can ask for from a job. It isn't too big of a company, that you will not be noticed for your hard work and dedication. That's right, they reward and recognize hard work! Bi-annual awards breakfasts and so many much more.

    Cons

There isn't too much negative working here if you are a hard worker, and take pride in your work. For those looking just for a paycheck, this job does require you to care about your job. There are long hours, there is an emergency phone that maintenance staff switches off week to week, it is hard work. Again, the pros far out way the cons for those looking to get ahead in life.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, love my job, my co-workers , and my property and the company.

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits good schedule not too early not too late, is Monday to Friday with on call every other weekend

    Cons

Every property and every manager is different,

In the property I’m working there’s Lack of training, No tools, No supplies,No OT, Always short in material (tape, paint, bulbs, texture, always something) once you there they ask you to make 20 to 23 turns in 20 days, each turn in less than 8 hours , No Overtime!!! They don’t let you focus in your work, always calling you to do other things ( make you spend time in other things) and at the end of the day they don’t see that.
When you need something the manager is always busy, sometimes you have to sacrifice your lunch clock out but keep working to finish on time, some days you can’t even have the time to drink water, because you are working in another building and the water is in the office , once you start working in one apartment in a couple hours the manager start asking if you almost finish or when you go to finish, ( my manager said one turn can be complete it in less than 6 hours)
Maybe she done that before, they ask you to make miracles with a SMALL BUDGET, without supplies and with no time,

    Advice to Management

To the CEO, have you seen “ undercover boss “
