I have been working at The Connor Group full-time

    Pros

    Everyone is helpful
There is always somebody you can call and assist you.
They expect a lot but without a doubt give back to the employee 10x as long as you give 100%
    Excellent benefit package.
    Training very thorough and involved

    Cons

    Extremely High expectations
Some long days with deadlines that must be met.
Long interview process, although they do pick the best of best for employees.
Seems like management watches every move you make, every dollar spent. (Could be good or bad depending on manager)

    Advice to Management

Nothing. All the cons have pros that make it all good. Basically just give 100% hard work 24/7 and the Conner group will give back to you 110%!!!

    Pros

They push you to achieve what you thought was unachieveable! They reward and recognize you at all times. People really count.

    Cons

We are all worker bees, so sometimes it's hard to balance personal life. I like to work, a lot.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the reward and recognition, it really does help push us.

    Pros

Pay is do-able, staff is very nice, take care of their employees. Bonuses always available.

    Cons

Make you use a specific sales system even if you don't want to. Have to record every little thing. More of an administrative assistant than leasing consultant.

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company offers a fantastic benefit package that includes a longevity bonus, it pays to stay! They have a great culture, reward & recognition program, award banquets twice a year, summer picnics, a partner program...the list goes on and on. If you work hard, you will be rewarded.

    Cons

For me there really aren't any.

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People are the number one reason I enjoy working at The Connor Group. I have made some long life friends. I trust my direct supervisor and always feel supported. Everyday is a new challenge and I am still learning new things about the business. I like achieving goals that sometimes seem impossible.

    Cons

While I feel I have work/life balance until I learned my role I did put in a lot of hours which is to be expected when you are learning anything new.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on training and development

I have been working at The Connor Group (More than a year)

    Pros

    Detailed training at all levels
    Straight-forward systems in place
Strong leadership and support from upper management
Hard work will pay off-monthly bonus opportunity
    Great health care & benefits
    401k

    Cons

If you're looking for a job that you can simply clock in and out every day, this is not for you. This is a career that you must give all you've got and you have to want to give 110% every in order to talk care of your residents, motivate your team, and hit goals.

    Advice to Management

Drama and gossip can seem unprofessional within such a succesful company. I see employees get lost in hearsay instead of focusing on their main objective.
