  • Team Leaders are incompetent and negligent - spend most of day talking about irrelevant stuff whilst bullying us onto calls (in 6 reviews)

    Pros

    Community involvement is great
    Pay can be awesome if you dont have morals and only care about money and are ok with screwing customers over (it is expected in my market)

    Cons

    Field leadership in my market(indy north) is garbage. Corporate stresses the imporance of customer experience but my field leadership seems to miss that. Recognition and common sense are lacking.

    Advice to Management

    Do more than dictate and direct. Be leaders instead of bosses. People wont work for someone that doesnt appreciate them and doesnt help them succeed.

    Pros

    Flexible contracts at the beginning
    pay is okay

    Cons

    alot of morons working there
    incompetent team leaders
    not a career, but on okay stop gap between long term gigs
    unsociable hours
    forced to do 3 in 4 weekends (sat and sun)

    Advice to Management

    get better team leaders, or actually train existing ones

    Pros

    One of the few large employers in an area of the country that hasn't recovered from Thatcher.

    Cons

    Minimum wage.
    No say over hours.
    Varied depending on the campaign what experience you would have, but overall this is not an inclusive, friendly or indeed positive workplace, and while everything is legally above board the company is morally repugnant.

    Advice to Management

    Asif Hamid prides himself on a rapidly expanding business with a million pound turnover.
    It's Marxism 101 when it's based on large scale exploitation.
