    Pros

    Community involvement is great
    Pay can be awesome if you dont have morals and only care about money and are ok with screwing customers over (it is expected in my market)

    Cons

    Field leadership in my market(indy north) is garbage. Corporate stresses the imporance of customer experience but my field leadership seems to miss that. Recognition and common sense are lacking.

    Advice to Management

    Do more than dictate and direct. Be leaders instead of bosses. People wont work for someone that doesnt appreciate them and doesnt help them succeed.

    Pros

    I’ve heard and seen lots of awful reviews about The Contact Company, it’s honestly not as bad as people make out. I’ve worked across 3 different campaigns and it’s seriously what YOU as an employee make of it. If you go in and just do your core role, know what the KPIs are and stay within your AUX times it’s a breeze. There is also plenty of opportunity to develop if that’s what you want as well as training opportunities to support your development. There is lots of visibility from the management team around the business and everyone seems really friendly, but there is a click about the place making some people unapproachable.

    Cons

    Salary needs to be reviewed as if your successful to be promoted to a TL internally you will get the minimum salary bracket, yet if your external your likely to get the higher bracket. There is no real explanation to this apart from ‘it’s just the way it is’ or ‘let’s review this in 6 months’ 6 months comes and it all depends of your CMSP points. That’s really unfair.

    Advice to Management

    Review Salaries as your going to lose good people.
    Everyone should be approachable.
    More Supportive towards agents - regular reviews.
