    I work in IS with a lot of really smart people. We all love what we go to provide our customers with the best experiences.

    Cons

    I haven't encountered any cons yet. There are the usual on-call and production support experiences.

    I'm very impressed with the company, great job!

    Pros

    The people you work around care about you more than you can imagine. There is trust and hard work and fun as well as a true sense of "we can accomplish this together."

    Cons

    Company has had some growing pains and needed to make changes in some positions. It's hard to see but overall was well-communicated.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to find out what motivates employees to stay.

    Pros

    Great atmosphere. Great perks. Relaxing environment. You feel a part of something bigger than yourself.

    Cons

    High stress. Too much info to take in within the short amount of time that is required. Progress is slow.

    Advice to Management

    Be kind. Condense the info. Focus on the job, not the culture. Practice the culture through action, not just talking about how great you are.

    Pros

    The people make it worth going to work everyday! That is one thing that they didn't lie about the people are great!

    Cons

    All they do is lie about what is going on with the company. You never know who to trust. For people of color they are seen as less then and not capable of doing certain jobs.

    Advice to Management

    You talk about being diverse but where at? Practice what you preach. Not all people of color are the same.

    Most coworkers are an awesome and intelligent group.

     Cafe subsidized with healthy foods.

    Cons

    Benefits are not good. No 401k for 11 months after employment. There has also not been a match for the last 2 years.

    We have also been without raises for the past 2 years. They have finally reinstated raises with a “max” of 2%. I say max because many people have received less. I have max in quotes because let’s look at Melissa’s (CEO) compensation. During this wage freeze and layoffs (will talk about this next) she has received the following wage:

    2015 - $637,295
    2016 - $2,113,515

    No raises right? All of the executives got raises.

    The layoffs were handled poorly. They sent a company wide email announcing the layoffs after the earnings call. We patiently waited at our desk to see if we would be the ones to get walked out. Some of the employees that were laid off had over 10 yrs under their belt. Worse than breaking a relationship via text.

    Moral is at an all time low because all of the above. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose a lot of knowledgeable employees in the upcoming year.

    The culture has changes dramatically since going public. Employees are no longer first, it’s stock holders. We know this happens but the executives are still acting like culture is the same. I’m sure we will drop dramatically in position on the Fortune Too businesses to work for in 2018.

    Please, just get it together. See cons.

    Pros

    Very nice people from the management down. Ready to help in any way they can to make the job your doing preform more professionally .

    Cons

    None. The only reason I left the container store was because they moved to a new location and it was just too far of a drive for me.

    Nothing they do a great job

    Pros

    I love the flexibility in my schedule as well as the autonomy to get my work done in how I best see fit. I love our business department as it's a small but rapidly growing fast. So our work load is heavy but never dull.

    Cons

    Our technology is behind the times while other companies are utilizing technology to be more efficient and effective, we are slow to implanting this into our work environment. The tools we do have, we don't use them to their fullest.

    Advice to Management

    Think a bit further in how to open new opportunities instead of policing them.
