Middlemanagement is terrible and most of them should never have been promoted to that position.

Decent wages, good working conditions
Cons
Management starting at the top with the owner and COO don't know anything about sales. It's driven by accounting, which ended up costing them. Owner flies around for different boards she's on and doesn't pay attention to her business.
