    Pros

They do pay you very quickly.

    Cons

This is the reason people say not to lease a semi. They play the shell game better than everyone. They will lease you wrecked trucks as new. The drivers earn $900 per week average. They are not available to help you out for real. They are love to pass your phone calls around to each other in an endless loop so you can't can something done. Dispatch and management hates the drivers they let the drivers know that. They will make up wild stories and company rules just to get you off the phone. The system is set up to confuse the driver and make them think they are making more money than they are. I really could go on for a while.

Beware their Lease and "SIGN ON"

    Pros

plenty of freight.... settle whenever you want too

    Cons

Low Pay, lease force you to pay all expenses, at low rate per mile, forcing you to earn less then a company driver.. Recruiters promise a sign on bonyus, wait for you to sign the contracts, then call you 2 weeks after you start to tell you "you dont qualify for the sign on"....

Its agood place to haul freight, there is plenty of it.

    Pros

95% drop and hook, always seem to have good freight. They did try their hardest to get you home when you requested it. If a consignee held you up too long dispatch did what they could to get you movin again, always payed detention. I would put my truck back on with them.

    Cons

Some of the snot nosed brats in dispatch have never sat in a truck let alone try to make a living in one, then they try to tell you how to run your truck, but thats only a few and they may be gone by now. When in a lease purchase they give you just enough miles to pay your bills with them but you gotta run way hard to pay your bills at home. Wouldnt recamend a lease/purchase with anyone.
