-Organized and the managers are great at communicating -The overall atmosphere of my leasing office is amazing. The staff are kind and maintenance is on top of everything! (Which is always a plus when you don't have to explain to someone why they've been waiting weeks to get their sink unclogged.) -They offer in person classes at a centralized location for your development
Cons
-Commission bonuses are the lowest I've seen based on the management companies I've worked for in the past.

Pros
I have mixed feelings about my time at Dolben. There are some really hard working and dedicated individuals. Ownership is well established and well respected in the industry. Employees know how to have a good time!
Cons
Dolben is a political mine field mostly due to one member of the leadership team. The daily office environment is a direct reflection of that persons mood. They will also work you to the bone. Expect to work crazy hours for minimal pay and with minimal time off.

The pay was decent for a part time job.
Cons
There is no process structure that all employees follow (everyone does their work differently), no proper training, no communication with part time employees, and things are always breaking in the buildings which leads to many complaints from residents.

The people and office atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Everyone is here to work, but there is a layer of enjoyment throughout the office. Most people seem happy to be here. There's an element of freedom for me where I'm not super rushed to complete any tasks, so that's provided me with more of an opportunity to learn.
Cons
I wish that I had had more time to train and become used to the workflow within my position and the office. I wish there I had more involvement with the team, but that will come with time, I assume. There is some walking on eggshells with certain folks, but that's normal.
