    The staff who work here truly care about the community they are working for.

    Cons

    Too much red tape also staff pay could be more competitive.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure staff pay correspond with the current market place. Also ensure opportunities for staff growth.

    Supportive administration and staff, great opportunities for professional growth, wonderful student population eager to learn. Great EA "perks."

    A very open-minded approach of programming and a great work environment.

    Not much concentration of Instrumental Music.

    Make sure that you acknowledge all the "little prople" who are the foundation of Edgies!

    I worked at The Educational Alliance (More than a year)

    Pros

    It offered me a great learning experience. The staff is supportive you can rely on a very helpful and motivational team members. The agency is very giving when it comes to their paid time off.
    You have access to their recently renovated community fitness center.

    Cons

    Management is very unrealistic. Many stretch their staff thin and often offer very little support.

    Advice to Management

    Be realistic. Stop biting more then you can chew. Be more available and supportive.

    I have been working at The Educational Alliance part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, since I am a full time student, I can only work weekends, yet still make enough to support myself

    Cons

    There is really no opportunities for advancement. If you want to earn more, then you need to pick up more hours.
