    Pros

    Administration finally feels like is listens to the staff. I feel supported . All staff meetings and lunches are terrific

    Cons

    Salary can be low and hours are long. Lots of red rappers because of government regulations . HR is awful.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing and I like the CEO emails

    Great mission
    Open atmosphere preached by staff at meetings
    Creativity is encouraged
    Flexibility in teaching
    Collaboration amongst colleagues is emphasized

    Cons

    Salary variances between line staff
    Hourly employees wind up taking home more then salaried employees
    Open atmosphere not always open
    Condescending attitudes at time when your view differs

    I have been working at The Educational Alliance full-time

    Pros

    This company has been around for many years and have helped many people however the recent hiring of certain upper staff is very questionable.

    Cons

    there are some laws and health codes being constantly violated

    periodic screening and personnel updates of their upper management staff.

    Good mission, good learning experience, varied program

    Cons

    Benefits are average to not good, very political,subpar and unqualified managers(which is not just line level managers), no policies other than "that's jyst the way things have been done"

    The managers are the problem. A lot are not qualified to have supervisees.

    The staff who work here truly care about the community they are working for.

    Too much red tape also staff pay could be more competitive.

    Ensure staff pay correspond with the current market place. Also ensure opportunities for staff growth.
